O texto em an\u00e1lise na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados altera a <a class=\"linkLegislacao\" href=\"https:\/\/www2.camara.gov.br\/legin\/fed\/lei\/2014\/lei-12974-15-maio-2014-778731-norma-pl.html\">Lei 12.974\/14<\/a>, que regulamenta as atividades das ag\u00eancias de turismo.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme a proposta, al\u00e9m da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de outros servi\u00e7os de interesse dos viajantes, as ag\u00eancias de turismo receptivo ter\u00e3o como atividades privativas:<\/p>\n<p>a recep\u00e7\u00e3o, a transfer\u00eancia e a assist\u00eancia ao turista na cidade de destino;<br \/>\na cria\u00e7\u00e3o e a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de passeios; e<br \/>\no acolhimento tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o autor da proposta, deputado Helder Salom\u00e3o (PT-ES), as mudan\u00e7as seguem a Lei Geral do Turismo e eliminam lacunas existentes hoje. \u201cAs ag\u00eancias de turismo receptivo s\u00e3o componente important\u00edssimo do setor\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tramita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><br \/>\nO projeto tramita em <span class=\"termoGlossario\">car\u00e1ter conclusivo<\/span> e ser\u00e1 analisado pelas comiss\u00f5es de Turismo; e de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a e de Cidadania.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.camara.leg.br\/noticias\/573454-SAIBA-MAIS-SOBRE-A-TRAMITACAO-DE-PROJETOS-DE-LEI\">Saiba mais sobre a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos de lei<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zeca Ribeiro \/ C\u00e2mara dos Deputados Helder Salom\u00e3o \u00e9 o autor do projeto O Projeto de Lei 4099\/23 acrescenta as ag\u00eancias de receptivo entre as modalidades do setor de turismo.
